Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional processing time during collection launches, promotional periods or public holidays.

International Shipping
International delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers may be responsible for any duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair or any other marks
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned for a size exchange or store credit only, unless the item is faulty or required to be returned under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@marleenaturals.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match its description or sample.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and fault so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
