Delivery

 

At Marlee Naturals, we pack and ship your orders quickly, using recyclable packaging to keep waste low and pyjamas safe. Below is everything you need to know about processing times, delivery windows, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.


Order Processing

 Processing time: Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (AEST/AEDT), excluding weekends and public holidays.

 Orders placed after [12:00 pm AEST/AEDT] are processed the next business day.


Australian Shipping

 Standard: [AU$8.95] or Free over [AU$120]

Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

 Express: [AU$12.95]

Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days


Notes (AU):

 PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted.

 Remote/regional areas may take a little longer.

 Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


New Zealand & International Shipping

 New Zealand: Flat rate [AU$15] | 5–10 business days

 USA & Canada: Flat rate [AU$25] | 7–15 business days

 UK & EU: Flat rate [AU$25] | 7–15 business days

 Asia & Rest of World: Flat rate [AU$25–AU$35] | 7–20 business days


Duties & Taxes: International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, taxes, and fees are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. If charges are refused and the parcel returns to us, original shipping isn’t refundable and return fees may be deducted.


Tracking

 You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

 Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


Authority To Leave (ATL)

 If you select ATL at checkout (or your address is eligible), the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place. Once shown as Delivered, risk passes to you. If you’re concerned about theft, please choose a location where someone can receive it or use a parcel locker.


Address Changes & Order Edits

 We’ll do our best to help if you email support@marleenaturals.com immediately after ordering.

 Once an order is shipped, we can’t change the address. Any re-delivery or redirect fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or delivery refusal, we can:

 Reship for [AU$X.XX] (or the actual carrier cost); or

 Refund the item(s) minus the original shipping cost.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


Lost, Late, or Damaged Parcels

 Marked Delivered but you can’t find it? Please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier with your tracking number.

 If your parcel appears lost in transit or arrived damaged, email support@marleenaturals.com within 7 days of the last scan/delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and help with a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Sustainable Packaging

 We ship using recyclable packaging (mailers, tissue, and labels where possible). Please reuse or recycle locally.


Peak Periods & Public Holidays

 During launches, sales, and holiday periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. Thanks for your patience—your order is worth the wait.
